Strengthening the ties between the United States, United Kingdom, and the English speaking world.
The Anglosphere Society
The Anglosphere Society provides an influential network to anglophiles and expatriates and hosts several important events each year. As a member you will receive a variety of benefits including discounts, special offers and invitations to exclusive events.
The highlight event of the year is our annual Lecture & Dinner in November to celebrate Winston Churchill’s Birthday. The theme of each lecture is Leadership in Perilous Times and past speakers have included General Stanley McChrystal, General David Petraeus, General Pete Chiarelli and New York Police Commissioner Ray Kelly.
We also work closely with organizations such as The New Criterion, USO New York, Business Executives for National Security, Reason Foundation, The Gatestone Institute, and Somerville College, Oxford’s Margaret Thatcher’s Global Scholarship with whom we have collaborated on events that included the Reagan-Thatcher Special Relationship Conference and a Global Security Forum entitled Preserving an Open Society in a Perilous World.
The Society receives no government funding and its programs are entirely funded by membership dues, donations and events. Annual membership dues are fully tax deductible and directly support the Society’s programs. A membership application form is attached.
